Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we will track the journey back to our studio.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
